Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during weekends, holidays, high-volume sales periods, or if additional order verification is required.

Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to selected locations internationally.

If we are unable to ship to your address, we may contact you to update your shipping information or cancel and refund your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email or SMS using the contact details provided at checkout.

Tracking information is sent as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a short period for the tracking link to update after it is issued, as courier tracking systems may take time to display the latest information.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this 24-hour period, we cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled.

If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy once the order is delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Information
