Return & Refund Policy

At WowFluffy, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a return, refund or exchange unless required by applicable law.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Free from damage, stains, odors, excessive wear, pet hair, marks or signs of misuse

  • Returned with its original packaging whenever possible

  • Accompanied by a receipt, order number or valid proof of purchase

Items may be tried on or worn, but they must still be returned in the same condition they were received. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of damage, heavy use, stains, odors, excessive wear, alteration or improper care.

Please do not return your order to the manufacturer or supplier. Returns must be approved by WowFluffy first.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • The reason for your return

  • Clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions if your return is approved.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our mistake.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. WowFluffy is not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

Inspection & Refund Approval

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your return.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

We reserve the right to reject a return if the item does not meet our return eligibility requirements, including if the item appears damaged, stained, heavily worn, altered, affected by odor, misused, improperly cared for, or returned outside the return window.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your bank, card provider or payment processor to post the refund to your account.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund appears.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges depending on product availability.

If you need a different size, color or replacement, please contact us at support@wowfluffy.com within 10 days of delivery.

Exchanges are only available for items that meet our return eligibility requirements.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • Items with damage, stains, odors, pet hair, marks or excessive signs of wear

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect or improper care

  • Items that have been altered, repaired or modified

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items, if marked as such

  • Items returned without prior approval

Manufacturing Defect Guarantee

WowFluffy offers a limited manufacturing defect guarantee on eligible products.

This guarantee covers genuine manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from misuse or improper care

  • Accidental damage

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Damage caused by washing, heat, water exposure or rough use

  • Cosmetic changes from normal use over time

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

To make a claim under this guarantee, customers must provide valid proof of purchase and clear photo or video evidence of the defect.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, WowFluffy may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, refund, store credit or another suitable resolution.

We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, misleading, excessive or outside the scope of this guarantee.

This manufacturing defect guarantee does not replace or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellations

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, shipped or fulfilled.

If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the standard return process once the item is delivered.
